Kristofer Lucci began his career as a placement specialist for a talent network dedicated to human-resources personnel. He created OnBoardView™, a novel approach to onboarding through which new hires interview coworkers to translate job descriptions into workplace reality. His love of stop-motion animation yielded a series of films based on the absurdist plays of Eugène Ionesco.
